Hi

I am Priti ,I am a pilot by profession and I enjoy every bit of it but when I am not flying cooking healthy meals for my family and experimenting with food is my ultimate passion.I like to cook and eat plant based vegetarian diet consisting of fruits vegetables, whole grains and dairy. My constant endeavour to stay fit and with my hectic flying schedule and to satisfy the tastebuds of my two growing up kids(read as my love) keep me constantly on my toes. Cooking is destressing and therapeutic for me.I am hugely inspired by my mom’s cooking and I am still learning everyday from her, fellow bloggers , different cuisines I taste while travelling at work.
